I just wanted to drop you a line in appreciation of the fantastic response to my recent inquiry about warranty service for my Tiger River “Sumatran” spa.
I was pleasantly surprised when after telling you I could not find my papers on the purchase, you said you could look it up in your own records.
Then when you said that you would call me back, I wondered if and when that would actually happen.
Imagine my surprise when I came home from work the next day to find a service man had been there and taken care of the problem.
